InSite Data-Management Module

The Data-Management Module is the platform onto which all of InSite’s modules are built.

• Controls all data input and output through a Windows-based graphical user interface.
• Provides functions for managing the data allowing a user to access an event from 15 years ago as easily as an event recorded today.
• Uses an intelligent file system for storing the event data and configuration parameters so that it is easily and efficiently managed on the user’s hard drive.
• Allows a user to sort the data and filter on the event parameters.
• Provides easy management of all the configuration parameters used in the processing algorithms.
• Provides a centralised access to all the other processing and visualisation modules, and performs automatic processing of event data.
