We have a number of demo projects available that demonstrate the application and functionality of InSite in the full spectrum of microseismic and acoustic emission monitoring scenarios.
The InSite Demo uses our latest InSiteDB networking technologies, connecting you to ASC’s servers for the download of microseismic projects and data. This technology is used by our clients to connect any number of remote users to their latest microseismic results in real-time.
To experience an InSite project in your field of interest you will need to have installed the most recent version of InSite Demo. Click here to be taken to the demo download page. If you already have the latest version of InSite Demo please follow the instructions below:
- Click-on a project that is relevant to your sector of interest. This will start a download of the PCF (Project Configuration File).
- You may be given the option to "open" or "save" the download. Select open.
- The project will automatically connect to ASC's servers and begin to download the most up-to-date microseismic event information for your chosen project. If your project contains waveforms InSite will download the ESFs (Event Storage Files) when individual waveforms are viewed.
Please adjust your firewall settings, where necessary, to allow InSite to connect to the internet.
If you are having difficulty accessing the demo through your firewall please email us. - Some of the projects contain a large number of ESFs. While InSite is "reading events from InSiteDB" you can cancel the operation to view the events downloaded so far.
- The available project PDFs include guidance and tips for specific projects. To get the most out of InSite Demo you may also like to view the following PDFs giving a complete introduction to using InSite:
