InSite External-Comms Module

Allows InSite to be integrated with external procedures and algorithms created by a user, with data transferred seamlessly through a message passing interface.

• Procedures can process the waveforms directly or use parameters resulting from InSite’s internal processing algorithms.
• Parameters obtained from the procedures can be sent back to InSite’s data management framework, thus allowing the user to store and visualise processed data back within the software.
• Accessing any of the user’s external procedures is through a simple point and click action.
• The solution is ideal for users wishing to perform tailored data processing on super-computer clusters.
• The processes run independently from InSite’s main application for efficient operating performance.
