Halliburton Service Agreement Announced
Applied Seismology Consultants (ASC) and Halliburton Energy Services (HES) announce a Service Agreement between a leader in the management, processing and visualization of microseismic monitoring services and one of the pioneers in geophysical services.
ASC specializes in providing microseismic monitoring and processing services for petroleum, mining, and civil engineering applications. Services are targeted at supplying an integrated work package along the full data path through sensor array design, data acquisition, processing and interpretation.
HES is a pioneer in geophysical services, specializing in borehole seismic design, processing and interpretation.
The Agreement will allow ASC to become the industry leader in microseismic processing says Paul Young, Founder and Director of ASC.
This Agreement will allow Halliburton to expand their borehole seismic portfolio to include microseismic hydraulic fracture mapping and provide integrated solutions through their expertise in hydraulic stimulation, says James Herald, Halliburton Vice President.
