New ASC website

52ASC's website has been redesigned with a new layout and clearer and more complete information on the different applications of microseismic monitoring for the engineered environment. A new version of the demonstration program of InSite Seismic Processor has also been added. The new version uses the functionalities of InSiteDB to remotely manage seismic data from example projects hosted at ASC's server.

Some of the new and improved features on our site are:
  • New sector specific pages showing the added value that ASC's microseismic analysis can provide to the mining, petroleum and geothermal industries, civil engineering projects, the safe geological disposal of radioactive waste and the developing field of deep geological storage of CO2 from large single point producers. A separate page is devoted to the application of acoustic and ultrasonic method to laboratory testing of rock and rock-like materials.

  • New publications and case studies sections for each of the industries to which ASC provides consulting and R&D services.

  • Updated hardware section including ASC's Richter system for continuous data acquisition and streaming of microseismic and acoustic emission data.

  • Contact details for our new UK premises.
